Freight Weight is Picked - Volumetric or Dead weight whichever is higher will be charged.
Return charges as same as Forward for Courier where special RTO pricing is not shared.
Fixed COD charge or COD % of the order value whichever is higher.
Other charges, like address correction charges, if applicable shall be charged extra.
Prohibited item not to be shipped, if any penalty will be charged to the seller.
No Claim would be entertained for Glassware, Fragile products, Liquid items, Concealed damages and improper packaging.
Any weight dispute due to incorrect weight declaration cannot be claimed.
The Chargeable weight would be volumetric or actual weight, whichever is higher (LxBxH/5000).
Delhivery 2 KG, 5 KG & 10 KG accounts have 4000 volumetric divisor.
Liability of Reverse QC check - maximum limit INR 2000 or product value whichever is lower.
The Maximum claim value for loss or damage is 2000/-.
Provide proof of shipment within 2 days for damage/product change.
Consider insurance (1% of product value) for added protection.
Activate insurance through Support or your account manager.
Any claims for shipments must be filed within 2 days of delivery. After this period, no claims will be accepted or processed.
Kindly note that the Proof of Delivery (POD) for shipments must be collected within 2 days of delivery. After this period, the POD will no longer be available for retrieval.
Please be advised that a ticket submission is mandatory for filing any claims. Claims will not be processed without a raised ticket. Please note that messages sent via WhatsApp are not acceptable for claim submissions.
Once all the claims are filed and accepted, approval will take 45-60 days for dispersal of the claim
Please be informed that to process any claims related to missing items or exchanges, it is mandatory to provide a clear packing and unboxing video as evidence. This requirement helps us ensure transparency and resolve issues more efficiently.
